General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If the pill was taken within 72 hrs of unprotected exposure there are remote chances of pregnancy. Repeat a morning sample urine preg. Test and visit a gynecologist. There are numerous causes of delayed periods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
