Is Pregnancy Possible Upon Missing A Logynon Pill?

Hi, I take logynon and realised this morning that yesterday I had one of the ochre coloured pills (the 10 pills at end of pack) instead of the brown pill (6 pills at start of pack). I have taken the brown pill today - but should I also take the brown pill I missed yesterday? And am I protected still? Thank you

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As a physician, as per my knowledge, there is no need to take brown tablet today which missed yesterday. You can continue as per previous schedule till 21 days and then 7 days of break.

If you missed single tablet, then you have to take 2 tablets on next day, but this not for more than 1 tablet missed.

I will suggest you to review here with detailed history or consult with the gynaecologist for second opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
