Hi,
When internal haemorrhage occurs into functional cysts of the ovary it is called a hemorrhagic
ovarian cyst. When a mature follicle ruptures to release an
oocyte, it is transformed into a
corpus luteum.
Corpus luteum lined by a layer of granulose cells which rapidly become vascularized.
Some of these thin-walled vessels can rupture, which causes bleeding into the corpus luteum and it results in the formation of a
hemorrhagic cyst of the ovary.
Having hemorrhagic cyst in the ovary does not usually affect one's chances of becoming pregnant.
However, in your case, since
hCG is negative, it is less likely that you could be pregnant. Kindly get yourself evaluated clinically by consulting Obstetrician.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
