Is Primolut A Contraceptive Pill ?
my period is irregular doctor put me on primolut .can i ovulate after finishing this medication. i want pragnent badly........ is this a contreceptive pill? will it intreput ovulation?

it is line of treatment contraceptive pills are used in infertility treatment .please follow your doctor advice ,,yes it regularise your mensturation so it will help you in ovulation definately but before that try to regularise your mensturation cycle..take gud and healthy diet for concieving,,drink plenty of water every day,..

Primolut is synthetic progesterone which helps in regulating the normal menstrual cycle but at the same time it inhibits ovulation while you are taking it. Once your periods become regular, then ovulation inducing drugs are given to help you ovulate which results in pregnancy. Do not worry. Just follow the treatment given to you by your gynecologist.
