My father's age is 72 years. One day he became unconsious hence we admitted him in Hospital & during abdomenal Scan the remarks are like below : 1) Renal simple cortical cysts 2) Prostatomegaly. The result of scan saying renal cortical cyst is not very serious and even the prostatomegaly is a common problem in males over 50 yrs ;and none of the two can cause sudden unconsciousness.The reason for losing the consciousness will be some thing else like low blood sugar or any problem related to brain.Consult his treating doctor for details.
