Is Puttur Kattu Effective In Treating Fractures?

Hi, i am a college student recently had fracture in left leg(isolated tibia) and hand both were treated by orthopaedician and surgery was made on my hand and casting was given to leg,i am remaining in home for one month,my works have been strucked.now i wish to know whether puttur kattu(ayurvedic treatment by heritage) would recover me atleast within a month.
my age is 21,disease isolated tibia(non operative treatment is going on),distal radius(operation done),i am taking metinodizal and gentamicine injection twice a day ,give suggestion when would i recover make wall asual
