Is Removal Of Severe Knots On Knuckles Possible Through Surgery?

I have severe knots on my knuckles. That are very painful and look horrible. I ve been to a local dermatologist and he gave me a hoop to squeeze and an anti inflammatory for when they act up. They always act up. Can they be surgically removed and does pushing on them make them worse?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the warts then it has to be removed and in my opinion dermatologist is the person could be do this, medicine may not be helpful here, hope this information helps.
