Is Right Temple Area Pulsating With Heart Beat A Serious Problem?

I was diagnosed with vestibular Labrithitus two weeks ago after seeing an Ear Nose and Throat Dr. I was very dizzy and my MD prior to that treated me for sinusitus with amoxicilin. The dizziness has gotten better each day, but I ve had tension headaches each night for the past week and my right temple pulsates occasionally. I ve since been trying to get back in the gym and after strenuous workouts I can feel my right temple area pulsating with my heartbeat. I was told my bloodpressure was a little high but not serious. Is this temple pulsating a problem?
