My daugther aged 19, has nephrotic syndrome FSGS - steroid resistance. The doctors have been increasing the dose of steroids. The doctor in India finds cyclosporine is not of great use. He wants to try Rituximab (Mabthera) 500 mg. IV once a week for 4 weeks.
May I know is it the right treatment?
