Hello Doctor, First of all, thanks so much for this great service offered by all you doctors and this website. I am 32 years, mother of a 5 year old son and working in an MNC. After around 15 years of life, have decided to start of with a few stretching excercises along with rope skipping everyday morning just to gain some normal health benefits. My question to you is on the rope skipping that i am doing from a month now with just a count of 100 to begin with, will this have any impact on my uterus(also to mention that my monthly cycles are regular till date, thanks to god :)), as i have heard lot of elders advice that after the age of 30, females should not do witht he rope skipping excercise.
