Hello

Present ultrasound report doesn't indicate placenta previa. It appears that placenta is migrated from its original place.
Low lying placenta/placenta previa is common in early weeks but in majority of the cases,it migrate from its place with advancement of pregnancy.
Latest scan report shows that placenta is situated in left postero-lateral wall of the uterus with grade II maturity. This is a normal finding.

Wish you a happy and safe pregnancy.
Take Care
