Is Second Course Of Medication Advisable For Upper Respiratory Tract Infection?
Ciprofloxacin teva 500 mg twice daily for 5 days and deltacotrilent 5 mg for 7 days for chest infection. Was given a further prescription to be taken if necessary over hols while surgery closed. Improved, I think it s upper respitory now but I have no idea if I should proceed with a second course of medication. Thanks for taking the time to advise me. I finished all tabs yesterday and can hopefully, see my doctor soon. Omordhab@ eircom.net

dear hcm user,if your respiratoy infection got treated by fist course of antibiotics,then its not necessary to take second course of treatment.
