Is Second Opinion Needed After Being Diagnosed With Common Immune Disease And Prescribed Monthly Intravenous Treatment?

I was just diagnoised with common immune disease, zero immune system of IGG, IGM and one other, by my pulmonary Dr. After researching the disease his diagnoises is word for word based on blood work. Taking monthly intravenius treatments is my option to live as it is fatal. Should I get a second opinion and be followed by a Hemotologist?
