Is Severe Cramps In Legs While Having Osteoarthritis And Being On Low Dose Of Morphine Normal?

I m constantly having severe leg cramps in my upper and lower legs. More often at night. Sometimes in the daytime. I have found tonic water will relieve the symptoms. If I take Tylenol the symptoms are worse so haven t in months. I suffer from osteo arthritis and my doctor has me on low dose of morphine. He says anti inflammatories cause more problems than they solve ie;bleeding. Could this be the cause? (Drug)

Hi,
As you got osteoartheritis there are all chances of having osteoporosis and osteomalacia producing cramps in upper and lower limbs.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Go for walking exercise daily.
Ok and take care.
