Is Severe Pain In Chest, Upper Abdomen And Lower Back Suggestive Of Heart Attack?
I had a bad pain in my chest n upper stomach.. and lower back.. the pain was excrutiating and i cudnt breathe properly n it was intolerable. It lasted 15 to 20 minutes n then subsided as quickly as it came. I suffer from indigestion alot n get alot of pain of i eat 2 late. But dis was bad.. this happened yestesterday 21th july at 4 am. I was fine after n went 2 work. 2day i have loose motions..so in wonderin if dis was a mild heart attack. I havent gone 2 d doctor.. please advise
So yes ischemic heart should have to be ruled out ....
I would like to suggest you to consult cardiologist or near by Pulmonologist for your work up with ..... 1.Auscultation 2.Blood pressure measurement 3.EKG 4.Echo if needed 5.cardiac troponin if needed 6.If needed chest x ray
According to cause further management guided ... Aspirin like antithrombotic drug nedeed if ischemic heart disease there ... If echo shows thrombus than thrombolytic therapy needed
