Is Severe Pain In The Left Foot Suggestive Of Plantar Fasciitis?
I am a 34 year old female weight 65kgs and 5ft. I have no medical history for the past few months im have pain in my left foot left side on the edge. when i get up in the mornings im not able to keep my feet down because of the pain. Am I having plantar fasciitis? I have started morning walks, bought good walking shoes and also started with some stretching exercises for my feet which feels better but the pain on the left foot left side is not going. when i step on something hard on that side it hurts a lot what should I do?
