got headache block nose chick bone pain and taking sinest tablet will it help?

Tab. Sinarest helps in blocked nose only. It can precipitate your headache and has got no effect on bone pain. You will get only partial relief.For bone pain, take any OTC pain killer and have steam inhalation at least thrice daily to get relief.
