Is Smoking Pot While On Disulfiram Harmful?

was scrolling through some of the answers regariding smoking pot while on disulfiram..I quit drinking and I m on disulfiram and was thinking of smoking weed, I used to smoke every night but stopped many years ago..I have neuropathy from my things to my toes, caused by drinking.. So I honestly was just wondering if there was something else out there, (i.e. marijuana) that I would be able to do without any side effects

Hello,

There is not an interaction between cannabis and disulfiram. AND there is a reasonable thought that cannabis might help pain. It's relationship to addictions is complex. Certainly, cannabis lowers inhibitions and that may trigger bad choices.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
