hi, dr. boskey gandhi is here, in your semen report, total sperm count is- 12millions/ ml, which is low as compare to normal, active motility is 40%which is good. for fertilization, u should go for intrauterine insemination of prepared semen teqnique. in this process, your semen is preparing with good quality sperms.which is inserted in female uterus by gynecologist. so chances if pregnancy will be increased. so don't worry at all & utilized this advance teqnique. good luck
