Is Spotting Normal Days After Normal Child Birth?

Hi Doc, I delivered on 6th Jan,2011 and had a vaginal delivery. I am currently breastfeeding and have not got my periods till now.... However, after i pass urine and wash my vagina, there is a blood clot which i can see in my toilet.... I had a check up last month wherein the doctor asked to me to use Clingen Forte for 7 days.... however it did not help.... please suggest is this normal

hi,i would like to suggest you to take an ultrasound of the pelvis to see your endometrial thickness,in all likelihood it is hormonal imbalance as you are breastfeeding as well,so this is not a matter of concern.would suggest you to use a contraception in the form of depot provera or cerazette pills.all the best take care.
