Is Steam Inhalation Good For DNS And Sinusitis ?

Male 18, Helllo Doctor I posted Many Questions Abour DNS and i have DNS And Also Sinusitis , Symptoms I feel Pressure in Mid of the Head I feel Pain forehead, feeling weight in brain Feeling pain behind the eyes My both nostrils is also closed when i going for sleep and i feel dizziness while i praying in Forward direction, Doctor my father telling me hat this is ur Anxiety and My Fathers Friends aslo told that u only anxiety about it that why this problem appears, Doctor i Stop my study from 1 month due to this I cant study well and Praying, My Father dont take me to Doctor my Brother Friend Also have DNS but he dont feel pain like me, What should i do? Doctor Can Steam Inhale is better for DNS and Sunisitis? Plzzzz doctor Tell me Some REmedies or Some Tablets to get relief from pain and i want to start my study. Plz I wait for your Answer Thnx

Thanks for query,
It seems that you are having both problems,chronic sinusitis and DNS.
Pain you have is of typical frontal sinusitis and nose blockage may be due to DNS.
Go for x ray PNS which will confirm chronic sinusitis.
Consult ENT surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Mean while you can take decongestant and analgesic tab.
You can do nasal steam inhalation.It will remove nasal decongestion.
You can put decongestant nasal drops.
Ok and bye.

hi aamir, since you have been diagnosed to have DNS and as you're 18 years older, you should undergo Septoplasty (surgical correction) and cherish the effect of a normal life post surgery

first of all you have to find that these symptoms are entirely DNS or any associated allergy
If the problem of nasal block is entirely due to DNS, a successful septal operation(septoplasty) will cure the problem . If there are other concomitant problems, like nasal allergy , this operation will not help that problem.
so you have to consult a good ENT surgeon and find out the cause
if you are getting blockage in night then you can add otrivin nasal spray or drops . so that you can take good sleep.also you can take levocetrizine tab once daily . also take one becozyme c forte tab once daily.
headache may be due to eye problem also.so get check of you eye by consulting a ophthalmologist
