58 yrs old male ,1.78 m., hight 90kg ,septal perforation cause by surgery, epistaxis since 1959 cased by failed, G6PD, HHT osler weber rando syndrom , telangectesia on the tong , fingers, inside nose, AVM in liver ,animic secondary Hb7, ferretin 4, is stem cells possible for septal perforatio . thank you

Stem cell therapy has not been tried for closing septal perforations till now. however you can try sialastic buttons, which are very useful. Please discuss this with your ent doctor. Thanks
