Is Stomach Heaviness A Sign Of Pregnancy Or Hernia?

i feel a heaviness in my stomach . This is a sign of pregency or hernia i dont know.though there is bulge like thing in my stomach for the past 5 yrs and dr said that will be fine if we go for the second child.if i like down on my side also i feel a heaviness in the stomach.This is on the upper part of the stomach.My date is due on sep 1st week and iam unable to do my yoga or exercises too.Iam a female of age 30 years.Pls help me

hi
with these type of symptoms it is difficult to diagnose. I think it to be gastritis and some indigestion. The best will be to get an ultrasound scan done and come to proper diaagnosis.
