Hello Sir,
My father, 61 years old, is diagnosed to have 1 Gallstone. While USG says it to be 13 mm in size, MRI scan says 7 mm. He is a diabetic (mild). He has already had surgery for appendix burst (8 years back), and incisional hernia (mesh was fitted; 6 years back). Right now there is no pain. Wanted to know if surgery is needed, how imminent it is and do you foresee any complications given his history (laparascopy vs impact on mesh). Also, could this be result of prior problems.
Regards
