Is Surgery Needed For Diagnosis Of Partial Rotator Cuff Tear?

I wqas diagnose with partial rotator cuff tear, my orthopedic doctor says that i need a surgery, but my shoulder is not that much pain more, i can move it up and down no problem, I am working on my strength back , My question is do I really need a surgery for a partial rotator cuff tear?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is really surgical condition then it has to be done, still you can go for second opinion, because even if it is partial one still this can be clinically trouble some, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
