Is Surgery Needed To Cure Hiatal Hernia, Constant Upset Stomach, Vomiting, COPD And Blood Clots On Leg?

I have a hiantal hernia with upset stomach everyday and sometimes throwing up. I have COPD and blood clots in my left leg. I have found no medication to give me any relief. Is it possible for me to have surgery to help me. I had a previous Nissian Fundo plycation about 20 years a go that has come undone. About 4 years a go a general surgeon opened me up and cleaned up the previous Nissan, but I have no quaility of life with this condition
