Is Surgery Recommended After Analyzing TVS Report?

Hello doctor , i am 45 years. TVS shows my uterus is hugely bulky in size measuring about 6.13 cm in AP. Doctor interpreted the test like this 'Bulky uterus with coarse inhomogeneous myometrium, may suggest adenomyosis'. My doctor suggested to remove the uterus. She proposed it can be done through laparoscopy. My questions are:

Is it necessary to do an operation at this stage?
if there was any other way i could get it removed WITHOUT SURGERY?
If not what would be the approximate cost in Delhi for this laporoscopy?
