According to reports uterus is bulky in size. There is single large fibroid measuring 9.0 X 8.0 cm in sub-serosal region of uterine fundus. Treatment modality is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc. Endometrial thickness and ovaries are normal. You should consult your gynecologist. Hope i have answered your query.
