Is Surgery The Only Treatment For Bulky Infero Medial Osteophytes Of The Femoral Headband And Hypertrophy Under Surface Of Coronoid Process?

I have bulky inferomedial osteophytosisof the femerol headband and also osteophytosis of the acromioclavicular joint. Also have hyphertrophy under surface of carcoid process. I have been living with pain and wakes me up at night with a dull ache. Do not want to take any pain meds or ibuprofen or anything of that nature. I have had shots in the shoulder but to now avail. Would you recommend surgery and if so how long would one be laid up. I am seventy five. X-rays were done actually a ct scan
