Is Surgical Removal Best Treatment For Multiple Intramural Fibroids?

I did an ultra sound yesterday and found out that I have multiple intramural fibroids,8.2 *6.1 cm in the fundus
and 5.4 *4.3 cm and 4*4 in the anterior wall and dominant follicle in both ovaries.I am 30 years old and want to have a child.the doctor suggest surgery to remove is this the best option?

If your family is incomplete and you want to remove them surgically then yes it is a good option to use fertility sparing options like myomectomies. It will retain the fertility. Go for surgery, have kids and get it all over with.
