Is Swelling Of Scrotum, Testicles And Penis Normal Post Inguinal Hernia Repair Surgery?
i had inguinal hernia repair surgery 5 days ago & i have Severe swelling of my scrotum & testicles also Severe swelling of my penis especially under circumcised tip, & pain is with both. Is this normal or should i be concerned & what would cause this?

Most probably it is due to postoperative inflammation. However, We have to rule out have to rule out possibilities like a hematoma.
Consult your general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
