Will A Past Inguinal Hernia Repair Affect Sex Reassignment Surgery?

I am a transgender and I was wondering if I could have the bottom surgery if I have previously had inguinal hernia repair. Will having the inguinal hernia repair that I had in the past affect my chances of getting the bottom surgery in male to female sex reassignment surgery?
