Is Swelling On Forehead And Eyelids Of A Toddler Post A Hit A Cause For Concern?
My son is 19 months and had a very active day playing in the pool as there was an overcast day. After a few falls and then hitting his head on the pool railing I felt he had enough pool time. Next morning his forehead started to swell in the center but and hour or two his eye lids became swollen.By 6pm it looked severe. Im really concerned as a first time parent and not sure what to do. I think you should send him for further evaluation about head trauma. He may need to do an X-ray of the head to check his head for possible trauma which has caused the swelling of the eyes.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
