Is Switching To A Vegetarian Diet Harmful For Health?
I have G6PD condition. Is it possible for me to go vegetarian. I mean, can I avoid all animal products, except eggs and yogurt , and stay healthy at the same time? I also eat chickpeas, black eye beans, dal, and soy. But, I avoid fava beans always. Will this impact negatively on my health? I am too worry.
