I have a swollen gland in the parotid gland region. It came up suddenly overnight but I did have an ear infection. I also have different lymph nodes swollen in my neck. Could this be salivary gland cancer? Also I have what seems to be near near my preauricular lymph node

These symptoms should be confirmed by the examinations. The preauricular and cervical group of lymphnode are commonly involved in the infection of the parotid gland.
