Is Taking Amoxil And Zinnat Recommended During Pregnancy?
Hi I am 33 weeks pregnant and have had a chest infection for 2weeks being prescribed amoxil. I have still not been able to kick the infection and now have been prescribed amoxil and zinnat. I am concerned about using amoxil for so long and concerned about the safety of zinnats effect on my baby. Can you please advise if these are safe for my unborn baby?

Yes. both are safe options during pregnancy. And usage time is not a problem for the fetus. One thing, due to the prolonged use of antibiotics you can expect a vaginal yeast infection
