No it is not safe to mix Amitryptyline + Dextromethorphine as they are the drugs which increase the levels of Serotonin in brain. I have seen many patients with serious pharmacological interaction in patients and sometimes it has also caused life-threatening interaction in patients. I usually do not prescribe them both to be taken at the same time. You should avoid taking them before consulting a local Physician or your treating Doctor.
