Is Taking Levofloxacin Advisable To Treat Heaviness In Head?

I have had heaviness in my head and my doctor prescribed an antibiotic that made me very sick and I threw up. I am allergic to penicillan and morphone. She then prescribed Levoflaxin which I am hesitant to take. I still have the heaviness in my head, my coughing seems to have stopped and my fever only lasted two days. Do you think Levoflaxin might help ?

Hi,
Now as you feel better as time passed without using antibiotic medicine, you may not start that antibiotic medicine.
Viral infection is self limited and take few days to clear.
If your problem increases then there are all chances of having bacterial infection and then you can start that antibiotic.
Ok and take care.
