3. Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
4. Avoid straining while defecating
5. Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day
6. Avoid tea, coffee fast food such as pizza and burger. Tea and coffee contain tannin which causes constipation
