Is Testicular Pain After Intercourse Considered Normal?
Hello, I have a couple of questions. First, is it normal to experience pain in my right testicle during intercourse? it doesn't happen the first time, just the second time. and next is about how I can improve my sex life as far as my erections and refractory time go. I am 20 years old. I was on propecia for 6 months then stopped 4 months ago due to some sexual problems it was causing.
Hi. Thanks for your query. No, testicular pain after intercourse is not at all considered normal. If there is pain in one testicle during intercourse the causes can be: - blockage of the vas deference. - Hernia on right side - muscular tightness of the cremaster causing the rotation of the testicle. I would advise you to consult an Urologist for clinical examination, color doppler and ultrasonography of the area and get an appropriate diagnosis to get the proper treatment.
Your second question is about improving erection and timing: This is possible by mutual understanding between you and your sex-partner. Furthermore your Urologist will ask you to get some tests and advise you some prescription medication so that you get an improvement. It is important that you tell the reasons for which Propecia was prescribed. If it is causing you sexual problems, please do not take it.
