Hi ! Good evening and a Happy New Year 2014. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
With your history of developing pain in the testes after having sex signifies that there is inflammation of the testes due to recurrent trivial trauma which goes unnoticed at that time. Due to recurrent trauma, the testes gets inflamed and causes discomfort.
If I were your doctor, I would advise you for a properly fitting scrotal support, to avoid prolonged standing, and to go for some over the counter anti inflammatory drug, and a course of broad spectrum antibiotic on consultation with your family physician. Till you get relief, you should avoid any strenuous work which includes sex.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts. Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
