Is Texakind And Mefthal Safe For Hip Pain Due To Periods ?

RESPECTED DOCTOR,

I AM GETTING SEVERE HIP PAIN , NOW I HAVE PERIODS. I GOT THE SAME PROBLEM SINCE ONE YEAR.I WENT TO THE DOCTOR LAST TWO MONTHS BACK ,DOCTOR HAS GIVEN TEXAKIND AND MEFTHAL(AT THAT TIME I GOT SEVERE HIP PAIN,FEVER,HEAVY BLEEDING).HOW CAN I PREVENT HIP PAIN.I AM 40 YEARS OLD.

Hi,
At your age the hip pain if only at menses can be related to hormonal imbalance.
But if it's through out, it can be related to hip joint/ sciatica/ calcium defeciensy.
Please consult your doctor for physical examination & investigations followed by diagnosis/treatment plan.
Usually pills like Ibuprophen,along with vitamin B12, calcium supplements & physiotherapy is useful in such cases.
