yes i would like to know why kadian work full 24 hrs ,they gave me 30 mil gram sobistite morphine sulfate to replace my kadian 30 and i got sick witrh withdrawls and all the doc& pharisyst they are the same exact pill bbut they werte not is it true is longer & stronger ,kadian is deffinatily stronger,my doc say they are the same is that true

- their generic name (morphine)
- brand name (kadian)
So, in your case, kadian is the trade name of morphine. You got used of kadian and think it works great for you. Meanwhile, you are still taking the ingredient of kadian (i.e. morphine).
