Is The Cramping And Stomach Pain Are Symptoms For Miscarriage?

Hi i am 4 weeks pragnant,last night i woke up by sever cramping and needing the bathroom .i felt so bad ,so cold ,really bad pain and after pooping very quikely i lied down and the pain gone.i am so sad now because about 3 months ageo i had a misscarriage like this ,i don not know is it like that one or no?

Hello,
Firstly, please remember that miscarriages happen once in a while and are not meant to be repeated. Please take absolute bed rest and relax as anxiety is harmful to a pregnancy. Contact your consultant and get a sonogram as soon as possible to ensure the viability of the pregnancy. Avoid intercourse and take adequate fluids. Urinalysis helps to rule out infection as the possible cause of the pain. Evacuation of a loaded bowel can also sometimes cause such pain and it is more likely in your case as the pain is relieved.
