Is The Lactose And Gluten Intolerance Be The Reason For The Throbbing Pain Around The Belly?

When I dont suck in my stomach it almosts looks like im pregnant. .. but I am not so could there be fat stuck in between my organs? Another is I think im lactose an gluten intolerance, in thus case is that why when I lay down my around my belly button throbs? Please help.

Lactose intolerance means you cannot digest milk proteins .common symptoms are gas , bloating, stomach pain , loose motions or constipation.If you are lactose intolerant you shoud avoid any dairy product like milk, curds, cheese, mayonnaise, milk powders, condensed milk, anything made of milk.
LACTOSE FREE PRODUCTS ARE lactose free milk, rice milk, soya milk.

Gluten intolerance means you cannot digest gluten protein which is usually present in wheat based products like chapathis, breads, wheat flour, cookies, pasta, cakes, crackers, wheat germ, rye, beer.It also causes stomach pain, bloating, diarrhoea or constipation immediate after consumption
GLUTEN FREE FOODS ARE rice, corn, oats, beans, poultry and fish, vegetables and fruits.
Try to have a diet free of lactose and gluten . soon your symptoms will go away.
