Is The Pain And Twitching Of Eye And Ear Related To Herpes?

I am female 51 years of age ,since last three four days feeling internal pain near left Ear & left eye internally and stretch sensation in left side of face near eyes / ear.Just for information purpose i would like to mention that almost a year back & half back i had suffered from Harpies in the left side of face/head. Please tell whether this is related to nerves or something else?To whom should i refer.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here if you have a history of herpes then this infection could cause little pain in later days but this is nothing to worry the may level would be bearable and no need to take any medicine for this and even no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
