HI welcome to HCM.
Liposuction is not an absolute contraindication in presence of asymptomatic posterior fasicular block.I advice you to have an EP study/electrophysiological study to determine the degree of the conduction disturbance along with a baseline EKG.Radiofrequency ablation helps to offer permanent cure.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
Thank you.
