Is The Stool Test Report Normal?

my son stool examination report is as below- colour-brown,consistency-semi solid,mucus-present,blood-absent,parasite-absent,reaction-acidic,reducing sugar-absent,occult blood-absent,cyst of protozoa-E.H present,eggs of helminths:absent,Erythocytes:absent,pus cell:4-5/hpf,macrophages:absent,Epithelial cells:1-2/hpf,crystal-absent. Is this normal report.

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your son is suffering from colitis (intestine infection) due to entamoeba histolytica infection.
This is indicated by presence of cysts of entamoeba histolytica.
It is also supported by presence of pus cells.
Your son need proper medicines like metronidazole.
