Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of mucus can be seen in inflammatory bowel disease, dysentery, mucus colitis, adenoma or even malignancy.
If pus cells are also present with mucus, there is possibility of inflammatory bowel disease or dysentery.
Undigested food particles, vegetable cells and muscle fibers are normally present in stool sample.

The stool test has to be correlated clinically.
Consult your primary health provider for clinical correlation.

Thanks and take care
