Is The Urine Test Report Normal?
hi am pregnant (31 weeks) wheni taken urine test it shows colour as Pale yello , Epithelial cell count - 6-8/hpf, pus cells - plenty, RBC - Nil, Others - pus cells clumps seen & bacteria -present, so please confirm whether it is affectable or normal

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by presence of pus cells,epithelial cells,bacteria in urine.
UTI is not good for pregnancy.So,you need medical attention immediately.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
